SIGNS OF THE END
The Bible fortells these events to occur before the return of Jesus Christ...
Israel would be destroyed and then reborn in one day.
Fulfilled: Approx. 131 A.D. - 1948 A.D. - current
Bible passages:
Leviticus 26:33 (1440 - 1400 B.C.) ‘You (Israel), however, I will scatter among the nations and will draw out a sword after you, as your land becomes desolate and your cities become waste.
Mark 13:2 (33 A.D.) And Jesus answered and said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone shall be left upon another, that shall not be thrown down.”
Isaiah 66:8 (701 - 681 B.C.) Who has heard such a thing?, Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once?...
The Bible prophesied the destruction of Israel as a nation due to their disobedience to God's commands and rejection of Jesus as the Messiah. Jesus Himself predicted the destruction of the Jewish Temple, which was fulfilled when the Roman army, under the future Emperor Titus, destroyed the Temple during the Siege of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. In 131 A.D., Simon Bar-Kokhba led a rebellion against the Roman Empire, which was ultimately suppressed. Emperor Hadrian responded by banning Jews from Jerusalem and dispersing them throughout the world, renaming the region Syria-Palaestina. The remains of the ancient Temple still stand to this day.
Almost 2000 years later, as foretold, the nation of Israel was reborn on May 14th, 1948, following the devastation of World War II and the Holocaust, when the United Nations voted to restore the Jews to their ancestral homeland.

The Jews would return to their ancient homeland
Fulfilled: 1948 A.D. - current
Bible passages: Ezekiel 22:17-22
Ezekiel 20:33-35 (about 1400 B.C.) As I live,” declares the Lord GOD, “surely with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out, I shall be king over you. I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered, with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out; and I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there I will enter into judgment with you face to face."
Throughout history, Jews have faced severe persecution. Since World War II, and increasingly due to global anti-Semitism in recent years, many Jews have been immigrating to Israel in unprecedented numbers, aligning with prophecy. While many of these immigrants do not recognize Jesus as their Messiah and hold secular beliefs, their unfaithfulness to God will be judged. However, according to Romans 11:25-27, the ultimate outcome will be the salvation of all Israel.

Jerusalem will become a major controversy in the world
Fulfilled: 1948 A.D. - current
Bible passages:
Zechariah 12:3 (520-518 BC) “It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.
The Bible prophesies that Jerusalem, the ancient capital of Israel, will become a focal point of contention among nations worldwide. Ultimately, nations will gather to oppose Israel over disputed territory. Recently, the United Nations has asserted that Israel lacks historical ties to the land, declaring all significant sites to be Islamic. This stance disregards extensive archaeological evidence demonstrating the longstanding connection between the Jewish people and the land of Israel spanning millennia. In contrast, Islam emerged as a religion in the 6th century A.D. This situation reflects a broader pattern of nations aligning against God and His revealed truth in the Bible.

World Wars will increase
Fulfilled: Since 1914 - Current
Bible passages: Luke 21, Mark 13
Matthew 24:6-7 (about 30 AD) You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom... “But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.
The phrase "nation will rise against nation" in Hebrew denotes what we now understand as "World Wars." Historically, before technological advancements, such large-scale conflicts were deemed impractical due to transportation limitations. However, with progress in technology, World Wars have become a reality. In the past century alone, we have witnessed two World Wars, surpassing the total casualties of all preceding centuries combined.
Modern missile technology has further escalated the potential devastation, with nuclear weapons capable of being deployed across the globe.
Against this backdrop, coupled with the rise of radical terrorism and assertive actions by global powers like the USA, Russia, and China, the specter of World War III looms ominously.
Amidst the turmoil and devastation wrought by global conflicts, humanity may increasingly seek a leader capable of offering a lasting peace.

Damascus will be destroyed
Fulfilled: Current and future
Isaiah 17 (about 700 BC) “Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, And it will be a ruinous heap. The cities of Aroer are forsaken; They will be for flocks Which lie down, and no one will make them afraid. The fortress also will cease from Ephraim, The kingdom from Damascus, And the remnant of Syria; They will be as the glory of the children of Israel,” Says the Lord of hosts.
Damascus is among the oldest cities in recorded history. Despite enduring significant conflicts throughout the centuries, it has never before been entirely devastated to the point of becoming a ruinous heap and ceasing to function as a city.
The presence of multiple nations' armies in Syria is often overlooked. Recent tensions have escalated between Israel and Syria, with Israel conducting airstrikes in Syrian territory and the Syrian government vowing retaliation. These developments may signal the beginning of a conflict that could ultimately lead to the complete destruction of Damascus.
Climate Change and Earth Quakes
Fulfilled: Current
Bible passage:
Luke 21:11 (30 - 35 AD) ...there will be great earthquakes...and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.
Revelation 16:18 (90 - 95 A.D) And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty.
Many observe that weather patterns have become increasingly erratic in recent years, alongside a notable rise in earthquakes occurring in regions traditionally less prone to seismic activity. This unpredictability has tragically resulted in significant loss of life. However, according to biblical warnings, these phenomena serve as a global admonition from God that the end times are approaching.
Humanity, entrusted with stewardship of the Earth by God, has instead allowed it to deteriorate with widespread violence, abuse, and pollution. As we continue toward the culmination of events, these natural disasters are anticipated to intensify.

Increasing Immorality
Fulfilled: Current and future
Bible passages:
2 Timothy 3:1-4 ...in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.
Luke 21:28-30 (33 A.D) “... in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building; but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. “
In modern Western society, many individuals are characterized by self-centeredness and self-absorption. Entertainment has taken center stage in people's lives, while morality has declined, fulfilling prophecies articulated by Jesus Christ and the Apostle Paul. Jesus warned that widespread lawlessness would cause many to forsake their devotion to God.
A 'New World Order' Government with one leader rising up
Fulfilled: Future
Bible passages: Revelation 13:1,7, Daniel 7
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (51 - 52 A.D) ...for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
Revelation 13:5-8 The beast was given... to exercise its authority for forty-two months... It was given power to wage war against Godʼs holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language, and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast...
The Bible describes a future world leader known as "The Beast," "The Anti-Christ," or "Man of Sin." He will present himself as a solution to global issues and is depicted as a militaristic figure who will conquer many nations in his pursuit of peace, particularly appealing as a "Messiah" figure to the Jewish people. However, this period of peace will be short-lived, and he will ultimately reveal himself as a tyrannical dictator on a global scale, akin to historical figures such as Adolf Hitler or Mao Zedong.
The Beast will arrogantly declare himself to be divine and demand worship. According to biblical prophecy, those who refuse to worship him—whether Christians, Jews, or others—will face persecution and death (Revelation 20:4).

The rise of a religious leader to bring unity between different faiths
Fulfilled: Future
Bible passages: Revelation 13:3-4, 12
Written: about 90 AD
Revelation 13:12 (90 - 95 A.D.) He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast... He performs great signs... And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast...
A figure referred to in the Bible as "the False Prophet" is predicted to emerge. Similar to Joseph Goebbels' role with Hitler, he is expected to serve as a chief advocate for the Anti-Christ in the context of a New World Order. It is anticipated that he will work towards uniting the world's religions under the guise of promoting global peace and unity. However, his ultimate agenda will involve compelling all individuals to worship the Anti-Christ, with severe consequences for those who refuse, including execution by beheading.
Currently, there are efforts underway to establish a council of religions akin to a "United Nations" for faiths. While the specific identity of the False Prophet remains uncertain, some speculate that the Roman Catholic Pope could potentially fulfill this role. Pope Francis, in particular, has made unprecedented strides towards interfaith unity, distinguishing himself from his predecessors in this regard.

Building of a third temple in Jerusalem
Fulfilled: Current - Future
Bible passages: Matthew 24:15, Daniel 9:27
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (51. - 52 A.D.) ...for that Day will not come unless... the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
Following the destruction of the previous two Jewish temples in Jerusalem, preparations are underway for the construction of a third temple. The "Temple Institute" in Israel currently possesses detailed blueprints for this future temple and stands ready to commence construction pending authorization. They have also initiated training programs for the Levitical priesthood and have crafted all necessary temple furnishings and ornaments. Additionally, they have been breeding a "Red Heifer," crucial for temple purification rituals as outlined in Numbers 19. The training of priests has commenced to prepare for the restoration of the Old Testament sacrificial system.
The location of the temple remains uncertain; it is unclear whether the "Dome of the Rock" will be removed or if the temple will be built adjacent to it.
It is anticipated that the rebuilding of the temple may be part of a peace agreement negotiated between Jews and surrounding Muslim nations. After deceiving both Jews and the global community with promises of peace, the Anti-Christ is prophesied to declare himself divine within this temple.

A cashless society (Mark of the Beast)
Fulfilled: Current - future
Bible passages:
Revelation 13:15-17 (90 - 95 A.D.) And it was given to him (the false prophet) to... cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed. And he causes all... to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark...
Recent technological advancements have made the concept of a fully cashless society achievable, a development unprecedented in human history. Advocates point to numerous benefits of implementing technologies like microchips or RFID chips, including enhanced security, streamlined banking processes, and efficient medical record management.
However, according to biblical prophecy, a mandatory mark known as the "mark of the beast" will be enforced globally, requiring allegiance to the Anti-Christ within his envisioned New World Order. Refusal to comply will result in severe consequences, including the threat of death penalty.
Revelation 20:4 ...And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand...

Unprecedented persecution against Christians and Jews (The Great Tribulation)
Fulfilled: Current and future
Bible passages:
Matthew 24:9 Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake.
Revelation 20:4 I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand...
Christianity stands as the most persecuted religion worldwide. Throughout history, true Christians have faced persecution dating back to the Roman Empire, where emperors demanded worship as deities. This continued through conflicts with the Roman Catholic Church, particularly when individuals refused to acknowledge the Pope's authority.
As prophesied, persecution has surged in recent years across regions such as the Middle East, Africa, and China. This escalation coincides with global movements towards religious unity and peace, which biblical prophecy suggests will culminate under the Anti-Christ and False Prophet. During the period referred to in the Bible as 'The Great Tribulation,' many Christians are predicted to endure martyrdom, primarily due to their rejection of the mark and refusal to worship the Anti-Christ.

A falling away from biblical Christianity
Fulfilled: Current - Future
Bible passages: 1 Tim 4, 2 Tim 4, Matt 24 - 25, Luke 21, Mark 13, 2 Peter 2:1
2 Thessalonians 2:3 ...with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him... Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy (falling away) comes first,
2 Thessalonians 2:9 The coming of the lawless one will be accompanied by the working of Satan, with every kind of power, sign, and false wonder, and with every wicked deception directed against those who are perishing, because they refused the love of the truth that would have saved them. For this reason, God will send them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie, in order that judgment will come upon all who have disbelieved the truth and delighted in wickedness.
The Bible forewarns of widespread spiritual deception and a departure from genuine Christian faith, a phenomenon increasingly evident today. It prophesies that in the last days, people will forsake the teachings of Jesus Christ as revealed in the Bible, instead gravitating towards false doctrines propagated by deceptive leaders and prophets. Ultimately, this trend will lead many to align with various false religions worldwide, marking a judgment upon those who reject the truth found in God's Word.
Presently, there is a significant movement advocating for greater tolerance towards other religions and endorsing them as valid paths to God. This shift contradicts Jesus' teachings, which assert His exclusive role as the sole means of salvation.

After rejecting Jesus (Yeshua) as the Messiah, the Jews will accept Him as their prophesied King
Fulfilled: Current - Future
Bible passages: John 5:43
Zechariah 12:10 "I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.
Romans 11:26 and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, "THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, HE WILL REMOVE UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB."
While presently many Jews reject Jesus (Yeshua in Hebrew), biblical prophecy anticipates a future where the Jewish people will come to believe in Him. Despite the increasing number of Messianic Jews globally, as a nation, Israel has not yet universally embraced Jesus. Like much of the world, they are foreseen to be deceived into accepting the Anti-Christ as their Messiah, only to face severe persecution when he turns against them, a period known as "Jacob's trouble."
In their darkest hour, Jesus Christ will return, and they will recognize Him as the promised King of Israel, whom they had previously crucified and rejected.
